Term and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

The following terms shall have the following meanings throughout these Terms and Conditions:

Provider: MDO Didactics di Marco Dell’Olio, a company with registered office at Via Antonio Gramsci 36, 20032 Cormano (MI), Italy.
Customer: a natural or legal person who purchases the products and/or services offered by MDO Didactics di Marco Dell’Olio through the website www.mdo-didactics.com.
Website: the collection of web pages accessible by entering the address www.mdo-didactics.com in your browser.
Order Confirmation: the email sent by MDO Didactics di Marco Dell’Olio following receipt of the order.
Consumer: a natural person who purchases for personal, household or family use, not related in any way to the performance of their professional activities.
Professional: a natural or legal person who purchases for professional purposes.
Reseller: a natural or legal person who purchases products for resale to third parties.

2. Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the Website by professionals and resellers, both in Italy and abroad.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract of sale is concluded when the Customer sends the order to the Provider. The order is considered accepted by the Provider when the Customer receives an email confirming the order.

4. Prices and VAT

The prices displayed on the Website are in Euros and do not include VAT.

Italy: Products sold in Italy are subject to Italian VAT, which is calculated based on the Customer’s registered office.
Foreign Countries: Products sold abroad are subject to the VAT of the country of destination. The Customer is responsible for checking the applicable VAT rate for their country of residence.

5. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using one of the following methods at the Customer’s discretion:

Credit/debit card

6. Delivery

Products listed in the eshop section are generally available.

In case of an unavailable product, the Customer will be informed by email and the shipping date will be communicated subsequently.

Once the order has been placed, it is processed within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In general, delivery within Italy takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery times for orders shipped abroad may vary depending on the destination country.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code. The Customer has the right to request the replacement or refund of the Product in the event that it does not comply with the specifications indicated on the Website.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Professionals and resellers: MDO Didactics di Marco Dell’Olio offers a zero-rescission policy for all Products purchased on the Website by professionals and resellers. The Customer therefore has no right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days of delivery of the Products.

Exceptions to the zero-rescission policy:

Products delivered damaged or defective;
Products delivered in a format or packaging different from that indicated on the Website;
Products delivered late compared to the times indicated on the Website.

In these cases, the Customer has the right to request the replacement or refund of the Product.

9. Complaints

The Customer may submit complaints to the Provider by email or regular mail.

10. Applicable Law

The contract of sale is governed by Italian law.
